Academy by NEVRX ("we") is run by NEVRX AI in Egypt. This page explains what we collect when you use the platform, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: nevrxai@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Your account: name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), language preference. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google, nothing else.
- Your learning: which lessons you finished, the tasks you submit, your community posts and comments, and the lives you join.
- AI teacher conversations (when the feature is on): what you ask and the answers. We use them to help you and to improve the lessons.
- Payments: the amount, date, and transfer reference we receive. We never see or store your card or wallet details.
- Technical: cookies that keep you logged in and remember your language. No advertising trackers.
Why we use it
To run your account and your challenge, show your progress, review your work, send you emails about your account and your challenge (confirmations, password resets, announcements, replies to your posts), and improve the program. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for ads.
Who processes it for us
Trusted providers that run parts of the platform, under their own security commitments: Supabase (database and login, servers in Frankfurt, Germany), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), our video provider (lesson playback), Anthropic (the AI teacher, when it's on), and Google (only if you choose Google sign-in).
Your content in our videos
We sometimes share the journey of a challenge publicly. We will never show you, your name, or your work in our content without asking you first.
Video watermark
Lesson videos show your email as a light watermark. It exists to discourage sharing paid content, and only you see it on your screen.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account and everything linked to it (progress, submissions, posts, AI conversations), except payment records we must keep by law.
Your rights
Email nevrxai@gmail.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account. We reply within 30 days.
Age
The platform is for people 16 and older.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or on the platform before it applies.
